Superfan

A superfan is one of the small group of fans who do the most: they stream on repeat, buy merch and tickets, and bring other people in.

Why do superfans matter?

A small share of fans often accounts for a large share of an artist's income and word of mouth. Knowing who they are, and being able to reach them, is worth more than a big passive following.

How do you find them?

Look at who shows up every time: commenting, pre-saving, signing up, buying. They're the people on your fan list who open everything.

How do you keep them?

Early access, small exclusives and being noticed. They don't need much; they need to feel it.
