Aulto is operated by Aulosa Mediatech Private Limited ("Aulosa", "we", "us"). Aulto (aul.to) is a tool for creating smart links, short links, and artist bio pages. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. If you create a password-based account, we store a securely hashed version of your password — never the password itself.
• Content you create: the links, artwork URLs, bio pages, and branding (colors, logo) you add to your Aulto account.
• Usage data: click counts on your links, and — when present — the UTM source/medium/campaign tags on a link a visitor followed. We don't track visitors across other sites, and we don't sell this data.
• Pre-save signups: if a fan signs up to be notified when an upcoming release goes live, we store the email address they provide for that one purpose.

How we use it

We use this information to operate Aulto: to authenticate you, display your links and pages, show you click analytics, send you account-related emails (sign-in links, password resets, a welcome email), and notify pre-save signups when a release goes live. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run Aulto:

• Google, for optional sign-in via OAuth.
• Resend, to deliver transactional emails (sign-in links, password resets, welcome emails).
• A music-metadata provider, to resolve streaming-platform links for the releases you add.
• Google Analytics, for optional site analytics (only after consent where required).
• Neon and Vercel, who host our database and application infrastructure.

Each of these providers only receives the information necessary to perform their function for Aulto.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your account, and a cookie that remembers your cookie choice. With your consent (required in the EU, UK and Switzerland), we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how Aulto is used. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie preferences" in the page footer. Fans visiting an artist's page are counted by Aulto's own click analytics (country and device type only, no advertising cookies).

Deleting data linked to Meta (Facebook / WhatsApp)

Aulto does not store your Facebook profile. If you connected a WhatsApp number, you can disconnect it any time from your dashboard, or email support@aulosa.com and we will delete the connection and related data within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual links at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us using the email below.

Your choices

You can update or remove your content at any time from the Aulto dashboard. You can also ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
